1. If this same incident occurred at TCA, and I was accused of plagiarism, then I would simply confess my wrongs to the school, unless of course I knew I was innocent. If I knew that I did it, I would admit that I did wrong because, from this article, I've learned that confessing can save a lot of trouble from the parents and administrators.
2. My parents would be upset with me, but I know they would forgive me. They would be extremely disappointed in me, but they would be ok with it in the end because they are my parents and they love me enough to forgive me when I do wrong.
3. I think that no matter who it is they should get a zero if they cheat on anything. If they say that they are innocent, then at least give them something other than a zero, because they could have just simply thought of something good to put in their project and it just sounds similar to someone else's, and you falsely accusing them gets them nowhere.
4. This story does not really affect my view on plagiarism because I still see it as wrong, but only wrong if you know that you had intentions of copying, not if you weren't trying to.
5. From this article, I have learned that plagiarism isn't just something that can get you a bad grade, but it can completely change this little town that has been arguing about this topic. THey parents think they're right, and the administrators think that they are right. The students deserved the bad grade, and the parents know that. They should just accept that fact and move on.
